Based on a report filed by citizen Nuriddinov S. N., born in 2003, a resident of Garmchashma village, Ishkashim District, who works as a waiter at the “Chashma” cafeteria in Garmchashma village, officers of the Department of Internal Affairs of the district established that on August 16, 2026, at approximately 9:30 a.m., citizens Davlatshoev Abror and Rustambekov Aslan, both born in 2008 and residents of Khorugh, entered the aforementioned cafeteria and, without any apparent reason, started a conflict, grossly disturbing public order.
During the conflict, Davlatshoev A. A. allegedly struck Nuriddinov S. N. once in the left side of the abdomen with a knife he was carrying. As a result, the victim sustained bodily injuries and was hospitalized at the Khorugh City Hospital.
As a result of operational and investigative measures, the crime was solved, and the suspects were identified and detained.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
