On August 18, 2026, citizen Yoraliev I., born in 1955 and a resident of M. Tursunzoda Street, filed a report with the Department of Internal Affairs of I. Somoni District stating that at approximately 3:30 a.m. on August 18, 2026, an unidentified individual threatened him with a knife and openly stole 120 somoni from his pocket before fleeing the scene.
As a result of operational and investigative measures, officers of the Department of Internal Affairs of I. Somoni District established that the crime was allegedly committed by citizen Berdiev Validjon, born in 1986, a resident of Sari Osiyo Street in Dushanbe.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
