A video was circulated on social media showing a group of young people leaning out of the side windows of vehicles while the vehicles were in motion. They disturbed public order by shouting offensive and irritating remarks at those around them, thereby committing an administrative offense provided for under Article 460 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan (petty hooliganism).
As a result of a targeted investigation, police officers identified the individuals as Odinaev Surush, born in 2005; Urazov Kobiljon, born in 2007; Nekmatzoda Akmal, born in 2007; Toshov Said, born in 2007; Ismatov Bunyod, born in 2007; and Odinaev Khusrav, born in 2006, all residents of Bahori Jamoat, Vahdat City.
It was established that at approximately 12:00 p.m. on August 16, 2026, the individuals committed these acts in Vahdat City while participating in the wedding celebration of their friend, Aminov Alijon.
The individuals were given explanatory talks, and measures предусмотренные законом were taken against them in accordance with the law.
