Officers of the internal affairs bodies have solved a case involving the illegal taking of a motor vehicle in Bobojon Ghafurov District.
According to the investigation, Akhada Karimov, born in 2002, unlawfully took an Opel Vectra on August 3, 2026. The vehicle, which belonged to citizen Okhunbuvo Dehkonzoda, had been left unattended near the Toji Zarrin Restaurant.
While driving the vehicle, the suspect lost control and was involved in a traffic accident on a road in the Ovchikalacha Rural Jamoat of Bobojon Ghafurov District.
As a result of the incident, the vehicle owner sustained material damages amounting to 40,000 somoni.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Article 252, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
