As a result of operational search activities, officers of the internal affairs bodies detained citizen Beg Karimov, born in 1962 and a resident of Khulbuk Settlement Jamoat of Vose District, who is suspected of committing a crime involving the intentional infliction of serious bodily harm.
It was established that on July 5, 2026, at approximately 6:30 a.m., while under the influence of alcohol, he assaulted citizen D.Z. Kurbonov, born in 1988 and a resident of Khulbuk Settlement Jamoat, in the covered passageway of the “Abubakr” teahouse.
As a result, the victim sustained serious bodily injuries and died on July 8, 2026, at a hospital in Vose District.
A criminal case has been initiated against B. Karimov under Paragraph “c” of Part 3 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. The investigation is ongoing.
