On June 19, 2026, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Muhammad Mirzoumed Rasuljonzoda, born in 1999 and a resident of A. Jomi District, was driving a KIA vehicle with registration number 00-70 KV 10 from the Khojamaston settlement jamoat toward Uyali village in Khusron District. While passing through the center of the Khojamaston settlement jamoat, he struck a minor pedestrian, Abubakr Ahmadovich Gulov, born in 2017 and a resident of the same jamoat.
As a result of the accident, the child sustained multiple injuries and died while being transported to the hospital.
Also on June 19, 2026, at approximately 12:10 p.m., Bakhmanyor Valievich Murodov, born in 1993 and temporarily residing in Farkhor settlement, Farkhor District, was driving an Opel Astra along the road from Gulshan Rural Jamoat toward Farkhor settlement. He reportedly lost control of the vehicle and struck pedestrian Furkat Isoevich Mirzoyev, born in 1983 and a resident of Iqbol village, Hamadoni District.
As a result of the collision, Mirzoyev died from his injuries.
The authorities are conducting investigations into both incidents.
