On June 13, 2026, in order to properly celebrate the upcoming “35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan,” employees of the Department for the Prevention of Offenses among Minors and Youth of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with active youth of the “Avangard” group, organized a cleanup campaign on the banks of the Dushanbe River. They cleared the surrounding area of garbage and weeds, thereby contributing to the improvement and beautification of the country.
During the environmental campaign, 200 active young members of “Avangard,” with a strong sense of responsibility, patriotism, and appreciation for beauty, under the guidance of officers of the Department for the Prevention of Offenses among Minors and Youth of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, carried out cleaning and improvement work. They cleared the riverbanks of all types of waste, trimmed bushes, and cleaned roads adjacent to the river, further enhancing the appearance of the environment.
It should be noted that activities aimed at cleaning surrounding areas of waste, carrying out improvement and development work, and mobilizing “Avangard” youth for cleanup days, events, and campaigns are regularly conducted in accordance with the action plan approved by the Department for the Prevention of Offenses among Minors and Youth of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
