Citizen Nematov R.S., born in 1978, a resident of the village of Khakikat in the Firdavsi district, is suspected of committing fraud.
According to the investigation, in November 2025, he gained the trust of citizen Sangov M.N., born in 1992, residing in the Firdavsi district, and received 110,000 somoni from him, promising to assist in the allocation of a land plot near the central market of the Farkhor district for the construction of a store.
However, to date, the suspect has not fulfilled his obligations and has not provided the promised land plot.
A criminal case has been initiated against Nematov R.S. under Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan. The investigation is ongoing.
