A citizen, Tokhirzoda Sh.T., filed a report with OMVD-2 of the Sino District stating that in April 2026, a resident of the Rudaki District, Pirmakhmadov N.N., born in 2001, abused his trust and obtained from him four vehicles of various brands with a total value of 632,000 somoni. The suspect promised to settle the payments for the vehicles within a short period but failed to fulfill his obligations and disposed of the property at his own discretion.
Additionally, during operational and investigative measures, it was established that a resident of Istaravshan, Isoev S.A., born in 1976, on January 10, 2025, by means of deception, acquired 440,000 somoni from a resident of Dushanbe, Saidov R.S., born in 1993. Under the pretext of constructing and launching a paper factory in Uzbekistan, he obtained the specified amount and used it for personal purposes.
Preliminary investigations are being conducted regarding both cases.
