A citizen, Kosimova N.I., filed a report with the OMVD of the Spitamen District, stating that on April 20, 2025, at approximately 11:00 PM, while she was on the bypass road at the entrance to the Spitamen District, she became a victim of robbery. Two unknown individuals openly stole her bag, which contained 3,800 somoni, and then fled the scene.
During the course of operational and investigative measures, the police established that the crime was committed by residents of the Devastich District: Urunov M.T., born in 2000, and Khaknazarov Sh.M., born in 1999.
A criminal case has been opened under Part 2 of Article 248 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
