A resident of Shahritus district, Aliev A.B., born in 1948, filed a complaint with the Ministry of Internal Affairs department of the district, stating that in December 2025, citizen Bobomuratov R.Yu., born in 1981 and residing in the same district, gained his trust through deception and, in two stages, received 280,000 somoni from him, promising in return to provide a land plot in the Pakhtaobod jamoat.
However, he failed to fulfill his obligations and has not returned the money to this day.
A criminal case has been initiated against Bobomuratov R.Yu. under Part 4 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the investigation is ongoing.
