Meeting of Ministers of Internal Affairs and Public Security in the “Central Asia – China” Format
On May 17, 2026, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, General Colonel of militia Ramazon Rahimzoda, departed for Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan, to participate in the second meeting of Ministers of Internal Affairs and Public Security in the “Central Asia – China” format.
As part of the working visit to Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan, on May 18, 2026, a meeting was held between the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, General Colonel of militia Ramazon Rahimzoda with the Minister of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Wang Xiaohong.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in combating crime, countering transnational crime, including terrorism and extremism, as well as the exchange of experience and other working matters.
The second meeting of Ministers of Internal Affairs and Public Security in the “Central Asia – China” format will begin in the afternoon of May 18, 2026.
