The apartment belonged to a 61-year-old woman, resident of the Vanj district, and was listed for 290,000 somoni. He then purchased the apartment for 142,000 somoni, promising to return the remaining amount within three months. However, after the deadline, the man sold the apartment to another person and pocketed the proceeds, causing significant financial damages totaling 142,000 somoni.
An investigation is underway.
