The importance of the issue of combating human trafficking is reflected in the fact that human rights and freedoms are at the heart of such crimes. In the modern world, human trafficking, along with terrorism, extremism, and illegal drug trafficking, is considered one of the most serious global threats, and the Republic of Tajikistan is no exception in this process.
In addition to focusing on the issue of human trafficking, preventing terrorism and extremism, joining extremist organizations, the spread of synthetic drugs such as crystal methamphetamine and lyrica, the tendency of young people to become addicted to this dangerous drug, which leads to impotence and infertility, the habit of unconventional behavior that is inappropriate for men, and conflicts and the collapse of families, the spread of the human immunodeficiency virus, the consequences of which are dangerous for the life and health of the human race, the illegal activities of fortune-tellers and sorcerers, the adoption of foreign customs and traditions, the immorality of young people, the illegal purchase and sale of land, the failure to comply with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Regulation of Celebrations and Ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan” due to prejudice and self-promotion, and the unintended impact of using social networks were topics that were highlighted with analytical data.
It was said that in the city of Isfara in 2025, 49 cases of engaging in fortune-telling and witchcraft, and 46 violations of the law on regulation were revealed.

Uncontrolled behavior in this area can lead the healthy ideology of young people astray and become the basis for the emergence of religious conflicts, and real experience has proven this.

Each participant was invited to contribute to this direction in cooperation with law enforcement agencies in order to return citizens to a peaceful life.
The awakening of a sense of patriotism in the hearts of young people, mobilization for the armed forces, preservation of ancestral customs and traditions, and the prevention of superstition and xenophobia were emphasized during the free conversation, and the consequences of indifference and indifference to these issues were discussed. Residents also expressed their solidarity and emphasized that they are always ready to contribute, side by side with law enforcement agencies, to eliminate shortcomings that hinder the process of peace and tranquility.
