A 45-year-old local resident filed a report with the I. Somoni District Department of Ministry Internal Affairs in Dushanbe, reporting that on February 4, 2026, at approximately 3:20 PM, unknown individuals stole a Samsung A-12 mobile phone from his 15-year-old son, a local resident, and fled.
During investigative operations, militia officers established that the crime was committed by a 17-year-old and a 15-year-old Dushanbe resident.
An investigation is underway.
