A 31-year-old local resident filed a fraud report with the DMIA in Dushanbe Ismoili Somoni District. He reported that in March 2023, someone named "Ubaidullo" gained his trust and stole 320,000 somoni from him, promising to return the money within six months but still not having done so.
During investigative operations, militia officers determined that the crime was committed by a 36-year-old man from Dushanbe.
An investigation is underway.
