On January 13, 2026, at approximately 19:00, the driver of an «Opel-Merve» vehicle, born in 2000, a resident of Devashtich district, while driving on the highway on A. Nasriddinov Street,  B. Gafurov district, lost control of the vehicle and hit a cyclist, a man, born in 1963, a local resident.
As a result, the cyclist received various physical injuries and died in the hospital.
On January 13, 2026, at approximately 17:40 p.m., the driver of an «Opel-Zafira» vehicle, born in 1959, a resident of the Zafarobod district, lost control of his vehicle while driving on the highway of the Ravshan rural community of the same district and hit a pedestrian boy, born in 2016, a local resident, who was crossing the road.
As a result, received various injuries and died in the hospital.
The investigation into these incidents is ongoing.
