During an operational search, the militia detained a 17-year-old resident of the B. Gafurov district on suspicion of illegal trafficking of pyrotechnics.
The suspect was storing seven boxes containing 3,150 units of "Trenia X201" pyrotechnics in his apartment for the purpose of selling and transferring them to another person.
During a search, it was established that the suspect had received the goods from an 18-year-old resident of the district.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 2, Appendix 1, Article 199 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is underway.
