A 15-year-old boy is suspected of hooliganism.
During an operational search, the militia detained a 15-year-old Dushanbe resident on suspicion of hooliganism.
On December 23, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., the detainee, while on Rudaki Street, got into a fight with a 17-year-old Dushanbe resident and stabbed him in the back of the leg.
As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital.
An investigation is underway.
