Meeting of the Minister of Internal Affairs with the Commander-in-Chief of the Law Enforcement Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran
On December 23, 2025, a meeting was held between the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Militia Colonel General Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Law Enforcement Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Ahmadreza Radan, at the State Institution "Hotel Complex of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan."
During the meeting, aspects of bilateral cooperation in combating crime, ensuring law and order, and security were discussed.
Particular attention was paid to strengthening cooperation using existing capabilities.
The parties exchanged views on developing and expanding bilateral cooperation in countering terrorism and extremism, as well as drug trafficking and transnational organized crime, including cybercrime. The need for joint measures to effectively counter terrorism, extremism, radicalism, and transnational organized crime, including cybercrime and drug trafficking, was emphasized.
An exchange of views on other issues of mutual interest was also held.
