A 19-year-old local resident filed a report with the Sino District DMIA-1 in Dushanbe. On December 10, 2025, an unknown individual entered Dormitory No. 6, stole a «Dushanbe City» bank card, stole 3,950 somoni from it, and fled at the spot.
During an operational search, militia officers detained a 20-year-old resident of the Sangvor district on suspicion of theft.
An investigation is underway.
