A 28-year-old man from the Dangara District filed a report with the Vahdat City DMIA stating that on December 1, 2025, unknown individuals secretly stole one head of cattle from the Vahdat city market and fled the spot.

During investigative operations, militia officers determined that the crime was committed by a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old minor, both local residents.
The Balkhi District Department of Internal Affairs also received a report from a 65-year-old local resident stating that on November 11, 2025, unknown individuals stole a "Duck" scooter parked at the entrance to his building.
