The Farkhor district police department received a statement from a 39-year-old resident of the area that on the night of October 6-7, 2025, from about 02:00 to 03:00, in the village in the Farkhor district, two 30-year-old residents of the same area beat him, forcibly and openly taking him out of his pocket a “Redmi” brand mobile phone worth one thousand somoni and 1,500 somoni, and stripped naked they rush towards them, rapidly moving away.
When the suspects subjected the victim to violence, a 36-year-old resident of the same area appeared at the spot and, until the end of the conflict, took part in the criminal actions of the suspects, without taking the path of committing a crime or reporting it to any authorities, hiding this crime.
A criminal case has been initiated against two 30-year-old men under part 2 of article 248 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is ongoing against a 36-year-old man under part 1 of article 347 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
