A 57-year-old resident of the Khuroson District filed a report with the Bokhtar DMIA that on October 3, 2025, at approximately 10:30 a.m., while he was arriving at the Market, unknown person secretly stole 10,250 somoni from his “Daewoo Nexus” vehicle and fled at the spot.
During investigative operations, militia officers determined that the crime was committed by a 19-year-old resident of Levakant, previously convicted under Article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Farkhor District Department of Internal Affairs also received a report from a 36-year-old local resident, who claimed that on the night of October 3-4, 2025, an unknown person stole a horse worth 12,000 somoni from his farmland in the village of Surkhob in the Farkhor District and fled.
During the investigation, militia identified the suspects: a 26-year-old young man and a 28-year-old man from the Farkhor and Vose districts.
During the investigation, police also detained a 16-year-old resident of the Spitamen District as a suspect in the theft. On October 7, 2025, at approximately 12:30 PM, the aforementioned individual stole a “Redmi-14” mobile phone worth 3,000 somoni from an auto parts store owned by a 36-year-old resident of the Spitamen district and fled the spot.
