The Kulyab DMIA received a application from a 26-year-old local resident. On September 15, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., while in the S. Safarov microdistrict of Kulyab, near the “Obi Chav” enterprise, unknown person stole an Honor 400 Light mobile phone worth 3,140 somoni from his pocket and fled the at the spot.
During the course of investigative operations,  militia officers determined that the crime was committed by a 26-year-old local resident.
An investigation is underway.
