From September 24 to 26, 2025, a meeting of the working group to review the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Police" was held at the Sadbarg Sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, located in the Romit Gorge in the city of Vahdat.
Representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Legislation Center of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as representatives of the OSCE Office in Dushanbe and the working group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, participated in the meeting.
The meeting was opened by Major General of Militia Azizulozoda Safialo Azizullo, National Coordinator for Police Reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, who thanked the participants for their participation.
Current issues were discussed during the event.
Participants also made useful suggestions and requests for more detailed information about this draft.
