During the operational search activities, militia officers established that this crime was committed by two young local residents.
Also, as a result of operational search activities carried out by militia officers, it was established that a 27-year-old resident of the city of Khujand, on April 15, 2025, at approximately 02:30, from a 46-year-old resident of the city of Khujand from a mobile phone of the brand "Samsung-A5" worth 500 somoni and disappeared. Then she withdrew 4,384 somoni from the “Dushanbe-City” e-wallet.
The damage caused amounted to 4,834 somoni.
A criminal case was opened against the suspect under Part 2 of Article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the investigation is ongoing.
