As a result of operational and investigative activities, the militia officers detained a 19-year-old resident of Istaravshan on suspicion of committing a robbery.
On August 15, 2025, at approximately 11:00, in the village of Sepul, Istaravshan district, the suspect violently took a “HONOR-X7” mobile phone worth 2,500 somoni from an elderly 70-year-old local resident and fled the spot of the crime.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 2 of Article 248 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is underway.
