As a result of operational and investigative activities, militia detained a 44-year-old resident of the city of Istaravshan on suspicion of committing hooliganism.
On July 27, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m., the suspect, while on A. Navoi Street in the city of Istaravshan, entered into a conflict with his neighbor, a 31-year-old man, local resident, and stabbed the victim.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 3 of Article 237 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is underway.
