During operational and investigative activities, militia officers detained a minor, a 16-year-old resident of Dushanbe, on suspicion of intentional causing of grievous bodily harm.
The suspect, pursuing the goal of intentional causing of grievous bodily harm, stabbed a 15-year-old resident of the capital in the arm on Borbad Street.
As a result, the victim suffered grievous bodily harm, and is currently in the hospital.
An investigation is underway into this incident.
