In September 2024, the suspect, while engaged in entrepreneurial activity in the purchase and sale of cars, fraudulently gained the trust of a 37-year-old man, took his Toyota Land Cruiser Prado-150 SUV for 250 thousand somoni, partially paid him the money and has not returned the remaining 174 thousand somoni.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Part 3 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the investigation is ongoing.
Also, during the operational and investigative activities, police officers detained a 40-year-old resident of the J. Rasulov district for fraud.
In February 2019, the suspect deceived a 46-year-old local resident and sold his apartment, which was registered to his brother, a 48-year-old local resident, for 140 thousand somoni, received 22 thousand 500 somoni in cash and spent it on his own needs.
Then the suspect re-sold the sold apartment to a 26-year-old local resident for 280 thousand somoni, took 150 thousand somoni from him, and did not return the money received from the victim in 2019, spending it for his own benefit.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 3 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and an investigation is underway.
