On June 30, 2025, at approximately 02:20, the driver of the BMW-318, a man, born in 2006, a resident of Kulyab, while driving from I. Somoni Avenue towards Borbad Street, when exiting onto the 1st May highway, violated traffic rules and crashed into a wire fence on the right side of the highway.
As a result, the driver, having received serious bodily injuries, died at the scene of the accident.
On the same day, June 30, 2025, at approximately 12:00, the driver of the Opel Astra, a man, born in 1963, a resident of Dushanbe, with two passengers, two man born in 1975, and born in 1985, residents of the Rasht district, while driving along the road in the village of Sarakishti, Rudaki district, lost control and turned from one direction of travel to another, at which point he collided with a Mercedes Benz ML-350 vehicle.
As a result, the driver of the Opel Astra, and his passengers, received serious bodily injuries and died at the spot of the accident.
An investigation is underway into the facts of the accident.
