During the operational-search activities, militia officers detained a 31-year-old resident of the Devashtich district on suspicion of intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm.
The above-mentioned, on June 11, 2025, at approximately 21:50, at the intersection of the village of Lolazor in the district, a 50-year-old local resident insulted and swore at his wife's father, a 50-year-old local man, as a result of the conflict, took a stick out of the car and hit the victim on the head, face and body, causing him bodily harm.
According to the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, the bodily injuries received by the victim fall into the category of grievous bodily harm.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Part 1 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, an investigation is underway.
