A 23-year-old local resident filed a report with the Vahdat DMIA stating that on April 28, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., unknown persons, while in the building of an unfinished school located in the 14th microdistrict of the city of Vahdat, stole a Samsung AO2 mobile phone, two passports, 800 somoni from his pocket and fled.
The damage caused amounts to 3 thousand somoni.
As a result of operational and investigative activities carried out by militia officers, it was established that the crime was committed by a 41-year-old man from the city of Vahdat.
Also, a 52-year-old resident of Bokhtar also contacted the Levakant DMIA with a statement that on April 15, 2025, when he was in Bokhtar, an unknown person, under the pretext of making a call, took his mobile phone, transferred 7,000 somoni from his “Dushanbe City Bank” e-wallet to another “Dushanbe City” card and disappeared.
During the operational search activities, militia officers detained a 23-year-old resident of Dushanbe on suspicion of committing this crime.
An investigation is underway into these facts.
