A 32-year-old local resident filed a complaint with the DMIA-1 of the Rudaki district that on April 27, 2025, at approximately 14:10, when she was in the salon of a rented Toyota Camry, unknown persons stole her purse, which contained 2,100 somoni, two “Dushanbe-City” bank cards, three passports and three “Amonatbank” bank cards, one of which had 2,468 somoni on the account, and fled at the spot.
The damage caused is 6,600 somoni.
As a result of operational and investigative measures carried out by the militia, it was established that this crime was committed by minors aged 13, 16, 17 and 16 years old, residents of the Rudaki district and the city of Dushanbe.
An investigation is underway into this fact.0
