A 28-year-old resident of the district, B. Gafurov, filed a complaint with the DMIA for the Ismoili Somoni district of Dushanbe in November 2024, stating that a 35-year-old resident of the city of Dushanbe, having gained his trust, took 19 thousand US dollars from him, promising to purchase corn starch products from the Republic of Uzbekistan, but did not fulfill her promise.
