A 27-year-old resident of Kulyab filed a statement with DMIA-1 in the Sino district of Dushanbe stating that on February 17, 2025, at about 
00:30; unknown persons secretly stole 7000 somoni from his Opel-Astra vehicle and fled the spot of the crime.
As a result of the operational search measures carried out by militia officers, it was established that the crime was committed by a 19-year-old boy and a 16-year-old minor, residents of the city of Dushanbe.
An investigation is underway into this fact.
