On April 4, 2025, in accordance with the instructions and orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Police Colonel General Rahimzoda Ramazon Khamro, a working meeting was held in the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the leadership of the National Coordinator for Police Reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police Major General Azizulozoda Safialo Azizulo.
During the meeting, the participants familiarized themselves with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the creation of a working group for the preparation and development of draft laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Police" and "On Internal Affairs Bodies".
It was emphasized that this working group was created on the instructions of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel General Rahimzoda Ramazon Khamro, within the framework of points 1 and 2 of the action plan for the implementation of the Police Reform Program for 2021-2025, which requires a high level of responsibility from responsible persons in the preparation and development of projects.
At the same time, the working group was instructed to take specific measures to prepare and develop projects within the established timeframes and taking into account the legislative experience of developed countries.
