During the course of operational-search activities, militia officers detained a 17-year-old minor from the Shugnon district, temporarily residing in the Sino district of Dushanbe, on suspicion of committing the crime of hooliganism.
On March 30, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., while in front of the State Circus in the Firdavsi district of Dushanbe, the suspect, out of a sense of hooliganism, had a fight with a 14-year-old minor resident of the capital, and the suspect stabbed the victim in the left hand with a knife, causing bodily injury.
Also, as a result of the operational-search activities conducted by the police, a 17-year-old minor resident of Dushanbe was detained as a suspect in the crime of hooliganism.
On March 30, 2025, at approximately 10:20 a.m., while in Sevastopolsk Street of Dushanbe, the suspect, out of a sense of hooliganism, had a fight with a 17-year-old minor resident of Khujand, and stabbed him once in the left abdomen with a knife.
As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was hospitalized.
The investigation into these incidents is ongoing.
