During the course of operational and investigative activities, militia officers detained a 38-year-old resident of Dushanbe, previously convicted of criminal liability under Article 200 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, on suspicion of intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm.
On January 2, 2025, at approximately 03:30, the suspect, while in a rented home located in Dushanbe, quarreled with his 27-year-old wife, a local resident, and beat her.
As a result, the victim received grievous bodily harm, due to which she was hospitalized.
An investigation is underway into this incident.
