A 65-year-old woman, resident of Kulyab filed a complaint with the DMIA-1 for the Sino district of Dushanbe, stating that on November 6, 2024, at approximately 17:45, while on R. Nabiyev Street, an unknown person took a “Samsung Galaxy A-12” mobile phone worth 1,800 somoni from her hands and fled.
As a result of operational and investigative measures, the militia detained a 34-year-old resident of Dushanbe on suspicion of committing this crime.
An investigation is underway into this fact.
