On October 26, 2024, a meeting was held between the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Militia Colonel General Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, and the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Police Colonel General Andrey Ivanovich Khrapov.
During the meeting, the parties held a fruitful discussion on strengthening cooperation between the internal affairs agencies of both countries in the fight against crime, terrorism, extremism, drug trafficking, as well as the exchange of information, experience and other pressing issues.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed interest in further expanding and strengthening effective cooperation.
