During operational and investigative activities, militia officers established that a 16-year-old resident of the B. Gafurov district on September 23, 2024 at approximately 20:00 in the village of Chashmasor met with 17- and 15-year-old residents of the city of Khujand and the B. Gafurov district, as a result of which they quarreled with each other, then the 16-year-old boy hit the 17-year-old young man in the face with a stone.
As a result, the victim received serious injuries.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 2 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the investigation is ongoing.
