During the investigation, it was established that in June 2014, a 52-year-old resident of the city of Istaravshan, while in Dushanbe, having gained the trust of the head of the company "Capital", a 47-year-old resident of Dushanbe, under the pretext of providing assistance in the construction of a new building during his period of activity, that is, from 2014 to 2018, by abusing his trust, appropriated the amount of 285 thousand 443 US dollars and spent it for personal purposes.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Part 4 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, an investigation is underway.
