On October 5, 2024, at about 19:00, the driver of the scooter, born in 1989, a resident of Penjikent, while driving on the highway of the rural jamoat of Khurmi in the city of Penjikent, lost control of the scooter, drove into the oncoming traffic lane and crashed into a Starex vehicle, driven by man, born in 1990, a local resident.
As a result, the driver of the scooter, having received serious bodily injuries, died on the spot.
Thus, on October 6, 2024, at about 4:30 p.m., the driver of a Mercedes-Benz truck, a man, born in 1988, a citizen of Turkmenistan, moving from Dushanbe towards Bokhtar in the Khuroson district, lost control and hit a cyclist, born in 1994, a resident of the Khuroson district. Subsequently, the cyclist died in the hospital due to injuries of varying severity.
Investigations are being conducted into the facts of the accident, the causes and circumstances of the road accidents are being established.
