On October 2, 2024, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Militia Colonel General Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro and the Head of the DMIA for the Khatlon District, Militia Lieutenant General Nazarzoda Sharif Rahmon visited the administrative building of the DMIA in the city of Nurek, which was completely renovated and renovated, and put into operation a new service facility.
As part of the renovation, the courtyard and surrounding area of the DMIA were completely paved, a bathhouse, barracks, car boxes and a canteen for personnel were built as separate buildings, work offices were renovated, the assembly hall, corridors, and temporary detention facility were renovated taking into account modern standards
After familiarizing himself with the achievements, the Minister of Internal Affairs highly appreciated the high-quality work done and held a meeting with the personnel of the DMIA in the city of Nurek.
It was noted that favorable conditions have been created for militia officers to improve the quality of service to the population. Taking into account the support for creative initiatives, militia officers were called upon to serve the Motherland faithfully and loyally, to contribute to reducing the crime rate, preventing offenses, ensuring the rule of law and maintaining law and order.
