During the operational-search activities, militia officers established that a 48-year-old resident of the B. Gafurov district, previously convicted under Article 247, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, in the period from December 21, 2020 to October 21, 2021, using the trust of a 41-year-old resident of the B. Gafurov district, a seller of construction materials, received 300 tons of cement in parts for a total of 271 thousand 755 somoni, but never returned the money.
A criminal case was initiated against the suspect under Article 247, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the investigation is ongoing.
