As a result of operational and investigative measures, militia officers detained a 37-year-old resident of the Rudaki district on suspicion of hooliganism.
The suspect, on September 18, 2024, at about 22:30, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, near the Dushanbe-Bokhtar parking lot, located on N. Karabayev Street in the Firdavsi district, out of a sense of hooliganism, without any reason, got into a fight with a 55-year-old resident of the city of Dushanbe and stabbed him in the stomach and other parts of the body.
As a result, the victim received bodily injuries.
An investigation is underway into this incident.
