А 19-year-old resident of the Kushoniyon district filed a statement with the DMIA of the city of Bokhtar that on September 10, 2024, at approximately 14:30, two unknown young men on Loginov Street in the city of Bokhtar beat her without any reason and took away “Redmi-8 mobile phone” worth 1,500 somoni and fled the spot.
During the operational search activities, militia officers established that this crime was committed by a 20-year-old young man and a 17-year-old minor, both residents of the city of Bokhtar.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspects under Part 2 of Article 248 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the investigation is ongoing.
Also, the DMIA in the Bokhtar city applied a statement from a 38-year-old woman, local resident that on September 7, 2024, at approximately 14:30, a 17-year-old minor local resident beat her 13-year-old minor son without any reason, openly took away “Samsung A03” mobile phone worth one thousand somoni and fled at the spot of accident.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under Part 2 of Article 248 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the investigation is ongoing.
