A 60-year-old man from the Firdavsi district of Dushanbe filed a complaint with the DMIA-2 in the Sino district of Dushanbe that on September 14, 2024, at approximately 19:00, while he was on Navobod Street in the Sino district, a 54-year-old man, a resident of the Rudaki district, fought with him for no reason and stabbed him in the neck.
As a result, the victim received serious injuries and was hospitalized.
Also, as a result of operational and investigative activities, militia officers established that on September 12, 2024, at approximately 22:30, on Khiloli Street, a 30-year-old resident of the Dangara district, out of hooligan motives, entered into a conflict with a young woman, a 24-year-old resident of Dushanbe, and stabbed the victim in the back. As a result, the victim was taken to a medical facility.
An investigation is underway into these facts.
